Booking & Service Terms

People Curve Consultancy Limited

  1. Booking confirmation

    A booking is confirmed once:

    • Payment has been received, or
    • Written confirmation has been provided
  2. Fees and payment

    • Fees are as stated at the time of booking
    • Payment terms will be confirmed at the point of booking
    • All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
  3. Cancellations

    Cancellations must be made in writing.

    • More than 28 days before the event: full refund
    • 28 days or less before the event: full fee payable

    Due to the limited number of places available, cancellations within 28 days are fully chargeable.

    Non-attendance does not entitle a refund.

    A substitute delegate from the same organisation may attend in place of the original attendee.

  4. Delivery of services

    We will:

    • Deliver services with reasonable care and skill
    • Provide content and materials relevant to the workshop

    We reserve the right to:

    • Make minor changes to content, format or speakers where necessary
    • Reschedule an event where required

    If we cancel an event, a full refund will be provided.

  5. Client responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate information at the time of booking
    • Ensure delegates are available to attend
    • Engage appropriately in the session
  6. Intellectual property

    All materials provided during workshops remain the property of People Curve Consultancy Limited.

    They may be used for internal business purposes only and may not be:

    • Shared externally
    • Reproduced
    • Distributed

    Without prior written permission.

  7. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement.

  8. Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service
    • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss

    Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:

    • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
    • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  9. Force majeure

    We are not liable for failure or delay in delivering services due to events outside our reasonable control.

  10. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
